A、Promise for quality:
1、Manufacture and testing are according to your country's standard.
2、Products are tested by the special testing center.
3、If quality problem happens during warranty period, TALUER will gurantee the maintenance.

B、Promise for  date of delivery:TALUER insure the date of delivery and destination. If customer has other requirement, TALUER can consult and meet the demand.

C、During warranty period , one same product still can not work after 3 times consequent repair, TALUER promise to change a new one to customer. Outside the wanrranty period, customer just only pay for part cost for maintenance.

D、Build unified sale system:
1、Pre-sale service. Sales manager will train disributer or end-user.
2、After-sale service. TALUER provide phone call and email for after-sale service. Company can also suport the  customer at the scene if problem cannot be solved .
